Sort of a pain, dont know why we couldnt stay Sat.They need to get their promotions together, Cherokee is seperated from all other TR casino/hotels. to Feb 1.we got comp room in new tower on Friday, forced to check out and stay elsewhere Sat. I truly hope Harrahs management reads this review and considers making changes! More Show less With all the diversity of machines in the smoking areas why do smokers still wander in the small non-smoking area and light up? I for one who has come to Harrahs in Cherokee more that several times last year will be hard put to come again unless something is done about the smoking situation.
Suggestion, either provide a much larger non-smoking area with machines equivacable to those in the smoking (so non-smokers don't have to enter the smoking area to play better machines) or switch the areas around. I witnessed several players having to resort to inhalers to aid them in breathing in that foul second hand smoke.
Considering that many states in the South ban smoking in restauraunts and that many more people are non-smokers than a generation ago, its unconsciencable to think that Harrahs would be treat non-smokers so ignominiously.
Can't believe how small the non-smoking area is compared to the rest of the casino.
